Australia’s first Indigenous political party has been officially registered and plans to contest the next federal election. For now though it has it’s sights on the Northern Territory and other states. The Australian Electoral Commission officially registered the First Nations political party this year, and it has now applied to the Noethern Territory Electoral Commission for registration.
